The goal of this campaign is to identify whitespace users to Arbitrum, meaning they have transacted reasonably on other chains such as mainnet, Binance Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, etc, but have transacted very little or not at all (defined by dollar value, volume, transaction counts) on Arbitrum. Additionally we need to filter bad actors- sybil wallets, or users swapping funds to other wallets to pretend they are a new user. |

Radiant is planning to airdrop arbitrum tokens to users of the protocol, with a multiplier for whitespace users based on their nomis score. So the nomis score would want to identify their activity on other chains and on arbitrum up to a specific point in time, and not after the campaign begins. |
