- 20-30s are newcomers – they are just starting to get their feet wet when interacting with the chain and are likely to be of no interest or benefit to a blockchain and ecosystem projects.
- 30-40s are beginners – they have shown a little onchain activity, but are still in the early stages of familiarizing themselves with the ecosystem. They can potentially bring value to the ecosystem and communities later, but for now it is not worth offering high rewards for their activity.
- 40-50s are regular users, showing standard activity on the chain. These users are the backbone of any crypto community and demonstrate commitment to web3. If they are engaged, they bring real value to products and ecosystems. Starting with this cohort, we recommend rewarding users for their activity.
- 50-60s are advanced users who are involved in the ecosystem and community but have not yet explored all of its possibilities. They are definitely of interest to products and communities, as they are willing to spend their time and resources on learning, participating and contributing to web3 ventures.
- 60-70s are web3 natives who have explored the chain and its ecosystem quite well and are highly active on it. If properly encouraged to contribute by your project, they can repay it by investing their own money in a good substantial amount.
- 70-80s are onchain experts, who are familiar with many nuances of interacting with the ecosystem and are very active and engaged. They are of special interest to web3 ventures, as they are the most active, contributing and payable members of any community. Often become early adopters.
